Prof. Dr. Mahipal S Sachdev, a Padma Shri awardee, is the Chairman & Medical Director at Centre for Sight. With an MBBS from All India Institute of Medical Sciences in New Delhi, he completed his MD in Ophthalmology at AIIMS, specializing in refractive surgery and phacoemulsification through a Georgetown University fellowship. Dr. Sachdev, honored with the Padma Shri by the Government of India, has held key roles including President and Secretary of the Delhi Ophthalmological Society (DOS) and ex-President and ex-chairman Scientific Committee of the All India Ophthalmological Society (AIOS). Currently, he chairs the Scientific Committee for Intraocular Implant and Refractive Society, India.

Ms. Stutee Premi, a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development, finance, and healthcare, plays a vital role in Centre for Sight’s management team. Her expertise includes orchestrating strategic expansion efforts, successfully closing mergers and acquisitions, and launching healthcare centers. In her career journey, she has also serve d KPMG, Fortis Healthcare and more. With a strong financial background, Ms. Stutee Premi has been instrumental in managing complex deals and integrating acquired entities seamlessly.

Mr. Sameer Chhibber, a seasoned professional with qualifications as a Cost Accountant and Chartered Accountant, possesses approximately 25 years of extensive experience across various sectors. Before joining Centre for Sight, he served as Deputy CFO at Alcatel-Lucent and held the esteemed position of CFO and Board Director at Benetton India.

Mr. Ajay Jassal, the Director of Business Processes and Information Technology, holds an integrated master’s degree in hospital administration from Devi Ahilya University, Indore. With over 15 years of experience, including roles at Max Healthcare, Dr. Lal Path Labs, and PricewaterhouseCoopers India, he currently oversees supply chain and IT functions, enhancing the efficiency of care delivery mechanisms at Centre for Sight, a trusted name in eyecare in India.

Dr. Santosh G Honavar, with expertise in ophthalmic plastic surgery and ocular oncology, serves as the Director of Medical Services. His experience includes a senior residency in ophthalmic plastic surgery at AIIMS, New Delhi, and a fellowship in ocular oncology at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, PA, USA. Dr. Honavar has played a pivotal role in the field of ocular oncology and currently directs medical services at Centre for Sight.

Dr. Ritika Sachdev, the Director of Medical Services at Centre for Sight Group of Eye Hospitals, is a highly accomplished ophthalmologist specializing in Cataract, Cornea, and Refractive Surgery. She currently oversees the Clinical Operations & Brand Marketing.

Dr. Alka Sachdev, a graduate of Delhi University’s medical program, brings over three decades of medical experience to Centre for Sight, India. As the Executive Director and CEO, she oversees the company’s comprehensive operational activities.

With over 35 years of service in the Indian Army and experience at Rockland Hospital, Dr. (Col) AK Nayak is a highly seasoned hospital administrator serving as the Medical Superintendent.
